Booking & Deposits
Deposit Requirement: First, you must pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Therefore, we must receive this payment at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Payment Methods: Specifically, we accept Cash App, Apple Pay, Chime, and Afterpay. However, if you choose Afterpay, you must pay the full balance upfront at the time of booking.
Balance Due: Next, you must clear the remaining backend balance upon arrival or by the end of your shoot day. Furthermore, we always welcome full upfront payments. Consequently, we will withhold all final content—including video files, masters, or website handovers—until you clear the total balance.
On-Location Logistics & Travel
Travel Fees: In addition, you must pay travel fees at the time of booking, which is at least 24 hours before the shoot day.
- 0–15 Mins Travel: FREE
- 16–30 Mins Travel: $25
- 31–60 Mins Travel: $50
- 60+ Mins Travel: $100+
Gas & Location Policy: Furthermore, we charge additional time and gas fees if your project requires multiple locations. Similarly, heavy equipment load-ins, downtown shoots, or long-distance travel mandate extra operational charges.
Parking: Ultimately, you remain responsible for all parking fees. Alternatively, you must provide a safe, secure, and FREE parking spot close to the exact shoot location.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Flexibility: First, we handle all rescheduling requests strictly based on studio availability and management’s discretion.
Late Policy: Therefore, please arrive exactly on time. Your session starts precisely at the scheduled hour. Consequently, we strictly deduct any time lost due to late arrival from your session block. This protocol allows us to maintain the schedule for other Detroit artists.
Project Delivery
Media Storage: Specifically, you must provide your own hard drives for raw footage or session files. After we deliver the final product, Trinc Studios does not store your project files long-term.
Revisions: Furthermore, every package includes a specific number of revision rounds. If you request additional edits beyond the original scope, we will bill those changes at our standard editing suite rate of $250 ($258 online).
Business Mechanics
Cash vs. Online Pricing: Finally, please note the price distinction between Cash/Direct payments and Online payments. Because online platforms charge processing fees, the exact rates differ. Therefore, ensure you select the correct payment type when you finalize your booking.
