PRODUCTION & BOOKING OVERVIEW

Deposits & Backend Payments: To secure your production date, a 50% secure deposit is required at the time of booking for packages $500.00 and over. For cash clients, the remaining backend balance is due upon initial edit approval before final asset delivery or live television deployment. For online and third-party financing options via Square and Afterpay, the entire package total must be paid and cleared in full upfront before scheduling or scriptwriting begins for packages under $500.00. We withhold all unwatermarked, broadcast-ready master files until the account balance is completely settled.

On-Location Logistics, Gas, & Parking: Our mobile production unit travels directly to your set. Travel within 15 minutes of the studio base is free. Extended travel incurs the following precise fees, due 24 hours prior to set deployment:

• 16–30 Mins Travel: $25.00
• 31–60 Mins Travel: $50.00
• 60+ Mins Travel: $100.00+

Projects requiring multiple location changes within a single booking window are subject to secondary time and gas assessments. Clients are fully responsible for all parking expenses incurred by the crew, or must provide a verified safe, secure, and FREE parking accommodation directly at the shoot location.

Production Time & Scope of Work: Your cinematic production begins exactly at the scheduled call time; any time lost due to client-side delays will be deducted from your active shoot block. Script development does not begin until the client intake form is fully executed and all high-resolution logo assets are emailed. Commercial/airtime packages include exactly one (1) round of minor structural revisions. Any further edits or requests made past the review window are billed at our standard labor rate.
