PRODUCTION & BOOKING OVERVIEW
Deposits & Backend Payments: To secure your production date, you must provide a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Next, you must clear the remaining backend balance upon arrival or by the strict conclusion of your shoot day. We will withhold all final cinematic content until the total balance is cleared.
On-Location Logistics, Gas, & Parking: Our mobile production unit travels directly to your set. Travel within 15 minutes of the studio is strictly free. Extended travel incurs the following precise fees:
- 16–30 Mins Travel: $25
- 31–60 Mins Travel: $50
- 60+ Mins Travel: $100+
Furthermore, projects requiring multiple location changes mandate additional gas and time fees. Most importantly, you remain strictly responsible for all parking fees, or you must provide a safe, secure, and fully FREE parking spot directly at the shoot location.
Production Time & Scope of Work: Your cinematic production begins exactly at the scheduled time. Consequently, we strictly deduct any time lost due to late arrivals from your active shoot block. Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds. If you require further edits, we bill them at our standard editing suite rate.
