TRINC STUDIOS PRODUCTION AND BOOKING POLICIES

Payments and Deposits

Videography bookings under $500 must be paid in full before the shoot.

Videography bookings $500 and up require a 50% deposit to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due on the shoot date before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Editing/post-production begins once the account is paid in full.

Online and Afterpay payments must be paid according to the terms listed on the invoice.

A date is not officially reserved until the required payment has been received.

Cash, Online and Afterpay Pricing

The cash price is the discounted price available for cash payments.

The online price applies to regular online card payments.

The Afterpay price applies when Afterpay is selected through Square.

Afterpay eligibility and approval are determined by Afterpay.

Final Balances and Delivery

All remaining balances must be paid before final unwatermarked videos, photographs, audio masters or broadcast-ready materials are released.

Preview versions may include a watermark until the account is paid in full.

Raw footage, unused photographs, editable project files and recording-session files are not included unless specifically purchased.

Travel

Travel fees apply to on-location video and photography shoots outside the local studio base:

0–15 miles: FREE
16–30 miles: $25
31–60 miles: $50
60+ miles: $100+

Travel fees must be paid before production.

Travel time between locations may count toward the scheduled production time.

Parking

Clients must provide safe and free parking at or near the production location.

When free parking is unavailable, the client is responsible for all parking expenses incurred by the production crew.

Production Time

Production begins at the scheduled call time.

Time lost because of late arrivals, missing performers, unavailable locations, wardrobe delays, missing props or other client-side delays will be deducted from the scheduled production time.

Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled ending time.

Locations

A location means one approved address, property or filming area.

Moving to a different address or separate property may count as another location.

The client is responsible for securing permission to film and paying any location, permit, access or security fees.

Drone Coverage

Drone footage is subject to weather, airspace restrictions, property rules, safety conditions and available production time.

Drone footage cannot be guaranteed when flying is unsafe or prohibited.

Lights, Props, Stills and Vertical Reels

The Run N Gun Package does not include a lighting setup, props, stills/BTS photos or a vertical reel.

The Standard, Gold and Platinum Packages include lights, props, stills/BTS photos and one vertical reel within the approved production scope.

Included props are limited to items owned or readily available through Trinc Studios.

Specialty props, rentals, vehicles, weapons, wardrobe, custom-built items and set decorations may require additional payment.

Client Preparation

Clients must provide all required information before production, including the final song or audio, concept, address, performers, wardrobe, client-provided props, logos, brand information, offers, calls to action and reference videos.

Performers should know their lyrics and be ready before filming begins.

Scripts and Pre-Production

Script development begins after the intake form, project information and required payment have been received.

Clients must approve the script, concept or production plan before filming.

Changes requested after approval may require additional payment.

Editing and Delivery Time

Standard delivery is approximately 7–10 business days unless another timeline is listed in the agreement.

Delivery in fewer than five business days may require an express editing fee.

Large projects, feature films, advanced effects and projects with extensive footage may require additional editing time.

Revisions

Included revisions vary by service package and are listed in the service agreement.

Minor revisions cover reasonable adjustments to the existing edit.

A new concept, different song, complete re-edit, reshoot, new scenes or major restructuring may require an additional fee.

Reshoots

Reshoots caused by a concept change, missing performers, client delays, unavailable locations or failure to prepare are not included.

A separate production fee may be required to schedule a reshoot.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Deposits and payments reserve production time and are non-refundable once a date has been reserved.

Clients may request one reschedule with advance notice, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of production may require a new deposit.

Failure to appear, last-minute cancellations or cancellation after production preparation has begun may result in loss of deposit or additional fees.

Weather Delays

Weather-related delays affecting production will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Trinc Studios will work with the client to reschedule when necessary based on availability.

Usage Rights and Final Deliverables

Clients receive the final delivered files included with their purchased service.

Ownership of original project files, raw footage and editable files remains with Trinc Studios unless specifically purchased.

File Storage

Trinc Studios is not responsible for permanent storage of client files after final delivery.

Clients should download and safely store their delivered files.

Client and Guest Conduct

The client is responsible for all performers, guests and personal crew members attending the production.

Unsafe, illegal, threatening, disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in production ending immediately.

Trinc Studios may leave any location considered unsafe.

Airtime and Advertising

Production and airtime are separate unless the selected package specifically includes both.

Campaign length, advertising budget, target audience, platforms, service area and launch date must be approved before deployment.

Sales, leads, views and advertising results cannot be guaranteed.
